Salento in Bus is a seasonal public transportation service active from June 22 to September 8, 2025, promoted by the Province of Lecce and operated by COTRAP. It connects Lecce with top tourist and seaside destinations such as Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Porto Cesareo, and more.

The service runs along 12 main lines, complemented by secondary routes, making it easy to reach both the Salento coastline and inland towns. Here are the main lines:

  • Line 101: Lecce – Torre dell’Orso – Otranto
